Refund & Cancellation Policy

Flight tickets

Cancellations and date changes follow the airline's fare rules. Refunds are processed after the airline refunds us, minus airline charges and our service fee (shown in your quote). Airline refund timelines typically range from 7 to 21 working days.

Holiday packages

• More than 30 days before departure: cancellation charges as per hotel/supplier policy plus a nominal processing fee.
• 15–30 days before departure: up to 50% of the package cost may be charged.
• Less than 15 days before departure: up to 100% may be charged.

Visa services

Embassy / VFS fees are non-refundable once the application is submitted. Service fees are non-refundable once document preparation has started.

IT services

Advance payments for IT projects are non-refundable once work has started; milestone-based refunds, if any, are as per the project agreement.
