1. Services

Tour Tech India acts as a booking agent for airlines, hotels, transport operators and other suppliers, and as a visa assistance and IT services provider. Each supplier's own terms (fare rules, hotel policies etc.) also apply to your booking.

2. Quotes & pricing

All prices on this website are indicative and subject to availability, currency fluctuations and supplier changes until a booking is confirmed and paid. Taxes such as GST and TCS are charged as applicable.

3. Payments

Bookings are confirmed only after receipt of payment. For holiday packages, an advance may be required with the balance due before departure as communicated in your quote.

4. Travel documents

Travellers are responsible for holding valid passports, visas, health certificates and other documents. Visa decisions are made solely by embassies and consulates; we cannot guarantee approval.

5. Changes & cancellations

Changes and cancellations are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy and the supplier's rules.

6. IT services

Scope, timelines, deliverables and payment milestones for IT projects are defined in the proposal or agreement shared for each project.

7. Liability

We are not liable for delays, cancellations or losses caused by airlines, hotels, weather, government action or other events beyond our reasonable control.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and courts in New Delhi shall have jurisdiction.
